In the process of system design, the Software configurable operation and modular development management model are used to manage the testing process of each step in the inspection of garden tool products and the data produced. According to the needs of customers and test cases, we design a general product testing equipment for test data management. To achieve ef-fective management of product inspection links, effective and reasonable management of inspection data. The test equipment is compatible with AC and DC, and professional non-standard equipment is compatible with the tested products.

具有双按钮启动和急停按钮，按钮防误触碰设计。测试机架有状态指示灯并设置报警器，用于故障报警。

It has double button start and emergency stop button, and the button is designed to prevent MIS touch. The test frame has a status indicator and sets the alarm, which is used for fault alarm.

测试设备对外接口方便插拔，连接可靠，寿命长 The test device is easy to plug and interface, reliable con-nection and long life.

台架集成标签打印机，在测试未通过时需打印出故障信息。The platform integrated label printer needs to print out the fault information when the test fails.

设备具有良好的抗震性能，且方便移动和固定。The equipment has good seismic performance and is easy to move and fix.

设备自身接地良好，内部接线高低压分离。The equipment itself is well grounded, and the internal wiring is high and low voltage separation.

设备有自检功能，在设备自身有故障或者测试设备有故障时禁止启动测试，并报出故障信息。

The device has self checking function. It is forbidden to start the test and report the failure information when the device is faulty.

软件具备权限管理、硬件自检、产品管理、参数管理、测试报告等功能。测试完成后软件会显示绿色测试通过图片

The software has the functions of permission management, hardware self checking, product manage-ment, parameter management, test report and so on. After the test is finished, the software will show the green test through the picture.

测试完成后可以点击测试结果按钮，查看本次测试数据，测试结果保存到Excel文件中。After testing, you can click on the test result button to check the test data and save the test results to the Excel file.
